3. Payments

Payments are processed securely by ThriveCart.
We do not store or process your card details.

You agree not to share purchase links, files, or login details with anyone else.

 

 

4. Appointments

Bookings made through Calendly must be cancelled or rescheduled within the timeframe stated on your booking confirmation.

Missed appointments or late cancellations may be charged.

 

 

5. Digital products

Digital purchases are delivered immediately via ThriveCart.
All digital content is for personal use only and cannot be shared, copied, or redistributed.

 

 

6. Coaching and group programmes

Coaching does not replace medical, psychological, or legal advice.
You remain responsible for your decisions, actions, and wellbeing.

We reserve the right to remove a participant from a programme if behaviour is harmful or disruptive.

 

 

7. Intellectual property

All content, including text, videos, downloads, trainings, and branding, belongs to Embodiment UK Ltd.
You may not copy, share, or reproduce any content without written permission.

 

 

8. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for:

  • Loss of income, business, or data

  • Indirect or consequential losses

  • Results that depend on your personal implementation

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product or service in question.

 

 

9. Refunds

Refund terms are set out in our separate Refund Policy.

 

 

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be resolved in the UK courts.
